New course: Neurodiversity in the workplace
October 30, 2024
Neurodiversity is a concept that celebrates the diversity of the human brain and mind, recognizing and accepting the natural variation in neurological traits and cognitive abilities among individuals. In the workplace, neurodiversity goes beyond mirror accommodation. It celebrates differences, fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment. This shift serves as a crucial catalyst for enhanced innovation, creativity, employee satisfaction, and overall productivity.
Enspark has just released a new micro-learning video on the topic. Our training is designed to give team members an overview of how neurodiversity shows up in the workplace and how they can come to a deeper understanding with each other and optimize the opportunities that this sort of diversity presents.
Our new training covers:
-What neurodiversity is
-Various types of neurodiversity and their definitions
