Course Objectives
Upon completion of Protecting Employees from Workplace Discrimination you will be able to:

Develop an effective Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE) policy and understand its role in promoting diversity and preventing bias in the workplace.

Design and implement a comprehensive reporting process for workplace discrimination, ensuring confidentiality, non-retaliation, and clear procedures for addressing complaints.

Create annual anti-discrimination training seminars for staff, covering prevention, recognition, and de-escalation of discrimination scenarios, and establish a culture of acceptance and inclusivity within the organization.
